لأجاريهم، قلدت ظاهر ما فيهم
Ketika ingin bersaing dengan mereka,
aku telah meniru apa yang ada pada mereka

فبدوتُ شخصاً آخر، كي أتفاخر

فوجدتُ أنّي خاسر، فتلك مظاهر
Namun aku dapati yg aku perolehi hanyalah kerugian. Itulah yg nyata.

لا نحتاج المال، كي نزداد جمالا، جوهرنا هنا، في القلب تلالا
Tidak..Tidak...Kita tidak memerlukan harta, agar bertambah cantik. Permata kita ada di sini, di dalam hati yg bersinar-sinar

نرضي الناس بما لا، نرضاه لنا حالا، ذاك جمالنا، يسمو يتعالى
Tidak..Tidak...kita bukan dierima orang lain dgn apa yg tidak ada. Kita diterima adlh kerana perbuatan (akhlak) kita. Itulah kecantikan kita. Yang sangat tinggi dan mulia

Jadilah diri kamu sendiri
pasti akan bertambah lagi kecantikan yang sedia ada

أتقبّلهم، الناس لست أقلّدهم
Sungguh aku menerima mereka, dan aku tidak perlu meniru perwatakan mereka

إلا بما يرضيني، كي أرضيني
Melainkan apa yang aku terima itu aku telah redha.

سأكون أنا، مثلي تماما هذا أنا
Aku akan menjadi diriku sendiri. Seperti diriku sepenuhnya. Inilah aku.
